HOW I READ
Today I am here with the intention of being understood through my writing. As a junior in high school I have, like Dr. Preston said written many essays throughout my whole life. This is going to be me revising my blog and I hope you guys undertand.I like to read out loud and in front of the whole class, for some reason I feel like I sound very professional. Also if were reading by ourselves and its like instructions then I have to read them out loud but not loud for the whole class to hear just loud for the person next to me to hear and also several times before I can actually process any of it. I also like to read very fast and very loud. I'm a naturally very loud person too so I guess that explains it. In my opinion I think I am very talented public speaker and I also really like doing it so when it comes to reading out loud I love it but when it comes to reading by myself I don't enjoy it as much maybe because I just like to have my voice heard.
HACK TO SCHOOL
1. What is this class about? This class is about English duhh. To be more specific I feel like its more about learning new skills that have to do with English. Like writing and reading and yea the rest of that good stuff were forced to learn but lowkey helps us.
2. What is the easiest part of this class? The easiest part of this class is probably not feeling too forced to do things in class because we know if we don't finish it in class we have to do it on our own time so we practically in my opinion make our own decisions on how we want to spend our time.
3. What is the hardest part of this class? The hardest part of this class is having to keep up with all the blogs especially when we get like 2 a day and some of us have other harder classes to worry about.
4. What have you learned so far? So far I've actually learned a lot in this class but mostly we've been getting very deep into writings and your own opinions and stuff, I've never really thought hard about it but in this class we get very deep into all of it but I mostly remember the socratic seminar we had in class.
5. What is your Big Question? My big question is, is anything actually real. How do we know that anything is real?

A SOCRATIC SEMINAR
Today was our first socratic seminar. The topic was about our journals. It started off with some girls telling other girls to read their journal. I kind of felt uncomfortable because if they were to tell me to read my journal I would obviously say no and its not because I didn't want to participate but because what I write is more private to me. Some girls were saying how love is a feeling In my opinion its more of a thought. I did participate though by asking some questions like "can you love someone and still hurt them" everyone pretty much agreed that yes. I then proceeded to ask if you can cheat on someone and still love them. A lot of people say that cheating is more of an emotional thing so just having sex with someone is a different kind of cheating.
GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Let me paint a picture real quick. Lets say you are at home and you live alone because you decided to move out of state without your family and you have no one and your just cooking your pasta or something and then you forget about it because you got distracted with your phone and you fell asleep watching Netflix. Out of no where you feel fire and heat everywhere, you open your eyes and you see flames. What are you gonna do? You cant reach your phone because it fell between the cracks between your bed and your wall and your wall is starting to catch fire. Youre all on your own. If you know no one, whos going to help you through tough times in life. Everyone needs someone to live this unfair world in which we breathe and call it living. You need a person like Christina Yang needed Meredith Grey. Don't fool yourself, maybe being alone might feel better for you because you don't like socializing but why don't you just find someone who gives off the same energy as you. There is always someone for everyone and it doesn't mean like falling in love or getting married its just someone who can be there for you and be your person.

COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES OF A HACKER
The Mentor's use of diction, syntax, and tone effectively convey his message by getting the readers attention. For example when the author uses profanity the author gains a connection with the readers such as teenagers because they feel as if the author could be trusted as one of them. By repeating words or phrases the author "puts" the attention on that so later on in his writing it makes more sense to what he is saying. Therefore the attention on those words are never left. And because of this the author is able to convey his message across much easier.

TODAY I ASKED A QUESTION
My question was if anything is actually real. I want to know how people know that were even alive. How do you not know that this is a figment of our imagination. I always ask myself, how do we know were even alive? Are we actually breathing, thinking, or even living for that sake. I honestly have different thoughts about this. What if the government is controlling all our thoughts. Or what if were not even real humans. What if were the real aliens here. Well anyways I guess we'll never know. But that's my big question.

YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO YOUR OPINION
Although you are entitled to your opinion, you really are not. Although you may have an opinion it doesn't mean you are entitled to force someone to change there's, or in that fact even change someone elses. You can not forcefully make someone listen to you. Also when someone says that they are entitled to their opinion an argument would usually end there. By doing so we won't ever get answers because arguments are a way for us to search for truths. Without this we will never get anywhere in life. Therefore no you are not entitled to your opinion because we need to evolve.
